Training over Pre-season

I've read a bit about what kind of training to use over the pre-season, but want to know what works for you.

High intensity fitness then move into tactics and team cohesion? No match training? Start individual training?
 
No tactics in general training. You should schedule 10-12 friendly matches, match preparation training set to 50% and focus on Tactics, and as for general training 2 weeks of fitness and then team cohesion. Pre-season is important in two aspects: getting tactic bars full and have players with moral, so no hard friendly matches just weak teams.
