Training Overview Page? Coach Workload is LIGHT but Summary Workload = Heavy ??

Can someone please explain the the meaning of the SUMMARY area of the Training page?

The workload for all my training categories under Training Overview are Workload = Light.

Directly to the right of this though is the Training Summary. My facilities are horrible because I'm a LLM so it's 3 silver stars but the Workload = HEAVY although the "players seem pleased with their current level of training"

What exactly does the Summary Workload mean? 90% of my players are on Medium / close to heavy schedules so why is the Workload = Heavy under the summary?

lower your training schedules workload ... you'r players are propably with part time schedule so medium workload is heavy for them anyway

i believe on the training page it refers to the workload of your coaches (some coaches can handle more than others). i say this because whenever i add another coach to a training routine the workload sometimes goes down a level.

You're comparing your players workload to your coaches workload.

I've noticed if I add Attack for example to a coaches work load for some reason a star might halve on other duty.
why is this does it mean I have reduced the quality of training for the other shedual? (Cant spell sorry tired *Yawns*)
or does it mean that coach sucks at that duty I have just selected?
