Training players to a new role

Reason i ask is i have a player that doesnt suit the tactic im using so either i sell him or train him in the new position but aint a clue how to do this.

choose his training schedule according to what role u want him to play in and give him plenty of game time in that position

How do i do that ? Go to training his name and change his position ?
