Training Pointless??

Ive set up training for each position and still dont see any benifits? Any1 else think its pointless?

my players grow much quicker on my schedules rather than the default ones.. for me its essential.

training is no way pointless. you need to use good schedules try out pompey dans one as it is very good.

You might not notice an improvement instantly, but you definitely will over a few months, providing you have set your schedules up correctly to the players positions.

The quality of your facilities and coaches also make a huge difference too.

can only say what everyone has said, with your coaches setup properly, and with the right training you will turn a 16 year old highly rated youngster into a world class player. it can make that big a difference

no all of them will definitely, but the right training will boost them a lot more than the default setting

how exactly does default training help. it gives all schedules a medium training and general even teaches all ur players goalkeeping. i want 2 know if it really helps actually so i cancel all ma schedules and use it then.

Download Tugs training, IMO one of the best training schedules there is.

training is excellent man only an idiot would not do any training, it gets there stats up higher than normal, for me a no-brainer

It can help. Loads of youngsters come through. I tweak it myself though.
