I noticed that when playing with big teams i.e. inter/man utd the tactic gets fluid much quicker than for example poor teams in poor leagues like wisla krakow in poland (with same training/coaches/facilities (20 everywhere) is there anything else that plays a role in the tactic being fluid quicker?
