Training Question

My training starts off with the following until my players become 100% fluid with the formation:

And my question is, what should I do training wise next? Because I never know what to do. My team is solid when it comes to attacking and defending (second in goals scored, second in goals conceded) in the first season. What should I focus my training on?
 
Balanced, maybe, for overall team training? And either (Defending/Attacking) Set Pieces, depending on the team you're facing.
 
I Give a week to everything (Defense, Attacking, Ball Control, ect)

To the best of my understanding, General Training dose not affect preparation for matches, it's simply about maintaining/developing attributes.


Match Training. I'm a fan of Attacking movement 100% of the time because I like watching nice fluid moves where everyone knows where each-other is in the attacking phases.

Identify where your team is most tactically weak and focus on that.
