Training Schedules?

Hi Guys,

Just wondering what other peoples training schedules look like?

In pre-season I tend to put everyone under 1 fitness based schedule but when it comes to your season starting, do you put everyone under a general training session or do you have different schedules for your defence based players and attacking players etc?
 
i used to have special training schedule for attackers , another for defenders and third for midfielders but now i rather let them be as general so i dont affect if attacker for example can tackle well its alrite if i go to my training it may drop which happened as for defenders who can go upfront and score when i have special trainng for them tht doesnt happen as before..

i use my own,
because all midfielders dont need to be on one schedule ( or whatever position)
and i like push strikers shooting and attacking to the end.And it also works ;P
