Do you find you have alot more players that are unhappy with their training levels? It seems I can only make x amount happy. I am trying to get a good grip on the training side of things but struggle quite a bit any idea's?

yeah I am just wondering why my players are unhappy with training as a whole, all but 8 of them :/

I always seem to have a group of 4-7 unhappy whatever I do. I'm starting to just ignore it.
