Training

Out of my full squad only 3 players are happy with the training workload. I've tried changing the team training to average and nothing has changed, so i have changed it back to high and its still the same. Any help will be appreciated as its ruining my save.. as ive hit a bad bit of form.

Your form will have very, very little to do with training.

When you changed the workload, did you continue the game for at least a week? Players need to actually train with the need workload in place for them to know whether they're happy with it or not.
