Training

I seem to have a lot of players complaing about there training. I let my trainers do the training.
When they complain i try to fix it but cant change anything but position. What can i do?

Usually when your assistant managers tells you some people are not happy with training they will usually tell you why, 'not enough ball control training' - so put some training in! Take control of training and commit to it! Can't rely on staff to know/implement what you think works best.
