Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum but I have no idea wheres the right place to ask this.

I have 2 questions.

- Does the transfer budget for the next season depends on the transfer budget for the previous season? Lets say I'm on year 2010 and the transfer budget is 30M and I spend all of it. Will the transfer budget for 2011 decrease? Or does that depends on what silverware you got? I want to ask people playing as Liverpool manager here, how much transfer budget you got on 2nd and 3rd season?

- How exactly does the club pay the loan debt?I'm playing as Liverpool and everytime I look at the club information, the total amount of loan debt do not even change. Does the loan debt affect the club finances?

Thanks in advance.

It depends on the team who you are for. Your next season transfer budgets will depend on money brought in via trophies, sale of players, sponsorship etc. I played 3 seasons with Liverpool, and for 1st 3 seasons because I was in Europa League, my transfer budget was decreased every time.
And in regards to the debt, this will be paid off again in regards to the money brought in. It might not have moved because of the % of Interest being paid. Yes, the Loan debt does affect the finances. Greatly. :D
Hope this helps !

^^ The higher your balance, the greater your budgets.
Loan payments destroy your monthly finances as liverpool, but you'll probably get taken over (definitly if your using patch 10.3).

I noticed the same playing as liverpool, but when the loan was paid it was removed from debts owed :)

Guess I shouldve expected that.sigh..Still I think I got lots of money from selling the players but the debt is 326M still...and I'm almost to the part where I dont have any players left to sell...

Um I'm not using any patch, actually,so will I ever be taken over?Is it really true about the balance thing, coz in my first season(where I can only spend 2M :@) I have about 1M left. And in 2nd season, they give me 22.4M to spend(for winning the league). But I did achieve all the minimum expectation (lost in semifinal champions league and final fa cup :S)and won the league and the league cup. Guess that should help the finances a lil bit?Is this the factor of my budget in 2nd season or they're just feeling generous? But still. I have 16M left(coz sold lots of players) and I dunno whether I should spend it or not. I'm afraid the budget for the 3rd season will be less than 2nd season. What do you think?

the more successful you are, the more likely you are to be taken over, regardless of what patch you are using. If you feel you need to spend that money to strengthen the team then by all means do it. If you don't it goes back in the club's balance and then next season they will give you a new budget depending on your success and the club's balance.

Sometimes they let your overspend due to projections over the next season, I always try to stay in the positive, because the negative balance can lead to bad long term problems, sometimes you just have to make do

It also depends on the Chariman's hidden stats. If his willingness to spend is 20 then you will get large budgets even when you are in debt. But you will get higher if your balance is good.
