Transfer Budget Help

Whenever I start a new game, whatever the club my transfer budget is £0.
I've uninstalled and re-installed twice but that doesnt seem to change anything at all.

Anybody got any ideas how I can change this?

i think the option of enable transfer budget in first window needs enabling in your game league set up screen

Whereabouts is the enabling transfer budget because i cant find it an i keep getting a transfer budget of £0 ... ??????

When you first start a game, the first screen you go to with the list of nations that you want to include. At the bottom is where it is along with attribute masking etc
