Transfer Clause Sell Advice

i usually put a 50% next sale clause in my sales .I was looking at the buyout clauses the board has negotiated and saw this.He is 50+ plus sale to me in future should i buyout the clause because he might gt transfer listed and sold at low price?

It depends if you need the money; if you don't need it, why would you sell it?
