Transfer Embargo help

hi i want to start as portsmouth but when you start they are in a transfer embargo until september 30th 2010. can someone please tell me how to get rid of this in the editor.

It is not in the editor. Go to:
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\common\football manager 2011\data\updates\update-1120\db\1120\edt

Open transfer_embargo.edt in notepad or something similar and delete the line:

"TRANSFER_EMBARGO" "Portsmouth" "30/06/2010" "30/09/2010" "01/01/1900"
