Transfer Embargo question

So I recently started a game with Nottingham Forest and noticed there's a transfer embargo in place in the January window, after being unable to register a new arrival. But I can't seem to find any info on the transfer embargo anywhere. Can it be found somewhere in game or does anybody perhaps know when it expires for Nottm Forest?

Yes,in your club general window or Finances section
But,why if the player cant be registered ? Why if he played for more than 2 teams in a year ? Or...
