Transfer help

Okay, i am new so don't have a go if it is in the wrong section but every team on my game has £0 transfer money and i can't change the budget, does anyone know why this is?

are you saying that every team in the game has a starting transfer budget of £0??

Did you just start a new game? If so,then maybe you unticked the 'enable transfer budget in first transfer window' option. This way clubs can't buy any more players in the first window and you have to start the season with the real life squad.

Why would it be a cracked version.. He's probably just unticked the ''enable transfer budget in first transfer window", I do it by accident all the time.
