Hey guys i had a problem when starting a game as valencia i was only allowed £1m transfer budget when i thought you were meant to have £11.65m.

Just wondering if this had happened to anyone else or anyone else with a valencia game what budget they had?

I saw it on this guide for valencia http://footballmanager.neoseeker.com/wiki/Team_Guides_(2009) 9.3.0 patch

I have noticed that transfer budgets are smaller in 9.3, before I could get up to 70 m £ in the first season with Chelsea, now I get half of that.

thats because it was released just after the transfer window so naturally clubs will have less money
