Transfer Update where players move in the January Window?

HI all, is such an update available/in progress, or will it ever be??

Could add an extra edge rather than for example Newcastle starting without Carroll in July in that he maybe has a future transfer agreeed but doesnt move till January?

I think it could be something worth doing if someone had the time and ability to do it?
