Guys,

When you first take over a team how do you approach this?

I'm in LLM so dont like to change much nor do I have the money to but what would you do?

I tend to sign no more than four players at first then wait half a season and sign another four
if I can so that I dont disrupt the team with too many in comings.

I get players in if I have a weakness in the squad and a player is available that'll better the team.

don't change to much. only if you get either real good options to fill in the gaps.
normaly the first thing i do is take a look at all players.
and than put the deadwood on transfer list are if they got a short contract release them.
after that i''ll chase the positions i want to get a better player for.
the januari window i hardly use. only for selling ofcourse.
and just buy if key player leaves don't buy because you can buy what you need

I only have only just started my first lower league save as Worcester but a lot of my players where on pay as you play so I didn't have to worry about transfering them out as had no impact on wage bill. I alreadys try and get done young kids on as lower league always have old players so I got some replacements ready on my own team once I got to the 2nd to 3rd season. I would just sign as many players as you think you need as my players where always at 80% fitness half the time
