Just after a bit of advice. I'm in 2013 and have taken over Bolton (in Championship) but with a hefty wage budget (£100k spare) and transfer budget (£4m). When I search for players and get assistant to filter out unrealistic targets however there are no decent players willing to come. I thought it might just be a rubbish assistant so I approached some obviously realistic targets but they wouldn't enter talks. Any ideas why this would be the case - think everything such as reputation etc should be fine. Hoping it isn't a glitch.
