Is there any way that i can use the editor somehow to limit the amount of foreigns that the english teams sign during the game?
I looked at maybe deleting the EU agreement in the Agreements section?
Or under the Nation Transfer Preferences for england playing with that?

you can change nation rules and set max of foreign players and minimum of homegrown players from nation(min 3 years in nation) for squad rules. also you can delete EU agreement and set non-foreign nations
