Salisbury are a side that has faced relegation consistently since being in administration in 2009. The Football club will be looking for a youthful manager that can take the club up in his first season. The loan debt at the club currently stand at about 300k and will be a factor on the budgets we will be giving to the manager. Salisbury is a club that are going to making history for years to come and will be open to the public with our financial situation.
After years of studying game young hopeful manager John Trotman was finally given his first managerial opportunity at struggling side Salisbury FC. It came as a shock to the home fans as they thought fan favourite Darrel Clarke would of taken the helm but the board didn't want to risk his reputation at the club.
Chairman
The reason we have taken a manager that has no reputation within the game is simply he has nothing to lose at the club and everyone deserves a chance. I personally dont see my future at the club but if i didnt have faith in John Trotman i would never of signed. Im sure he will do wonders for this club and take the club in the right direction.

I intend on taken this side back into the conference where we belong within 3 season and on day will hopefully play in the football league. I uderstnad that the job isnt an easy one and im well aware that the current chairman doesnt intend on staying. When a new chariman steps in all i can do is prove myself to him that im the right man for the job. I wont be taking any questions today but il be here first thing tomorrow to meet the layers and staff thank you.
