Trouble at At.Madrid

As you can see in the screenshot, Diego Forlan and Maxi Rodriguez do not get on. Forlan previously had this problem with a regen, but the regen was tripe so I just released him and all was fine. But I'm not getting rid of Maxi. So should I sell Forlan, who is 32 now, or what?
