Trouble getting National job

Having trouble getting a job with an International team.
I'm with Arsenal, February 2012, and I decided to try my hand at managing a country. However, when I go to the Job Centre, and highlight a vacancy for an international post, there is no option to apply.
Cameroon, Morocco and Czech republic U21 are advertising, but I can only "Apply" for QPR, Brentford, and so on...
Is there some kind of "window" for national team post application (Like the transfer window) or is there some other reason? Despite some people saying it is challeging, I'd really like to manage Cameroon (surprisingly good squad).

Not all countries are coachable, but atlest 2 or those should be. Left click on the team and there should be an "apply" option.

I have done that, but as I said, only the club teams have the apply option come up. "Apply for all" appears, but I don't want to click that and get fired for "having the eye".
