Trouble loading my game

Hi just wondering if anyone could give me information about loading my game back up, my last 2 everton games have now came up with errors when i reach mid april, i try to load the game and i get a window sayin "THE SAVE GAME COULD NOT BE LOADED"

Wouldn't mind but its my first season of makin them champions and currently lyin in 3rd so im doin sumfin right.

Any help appriciated.
