Trouble signing for National Team

Ok, i'm the manager of manchester united, and the England job became available. I applied for the job and then a few days later i got an E-mail 'England want Harvo' and i have the option to accept or reject the job offer. Of course i accepted, however, i haven't actually become the england manager. I seem to get this same proposal every week and it's not actually doing anything clicking accept...

Any help?

u need a patch

just install patch 3 as it incorporates the other 2

I have installed patch 3, and it changed from not letting me accept the offer to automatically reject the national job offer... any help please?
