Trouble with training

Hey Guys i'm relatively new to this site and am just wondering which tactic would suit my team the best.

Here is my team...


I want to be able to utilise the talents of both Paulo Henrique and Javier Pastore. This tactic is working but I am only getting a return from my strikers and am leaking FAR too many goals. like at least two every other game. I have Chamberlain, Labyad and Thorgan Hazard (all u18's) learning from Scholes, Giggs and Hargreaves (Reserves). I have tried a few tactics but don't really know which one would best suit my team please help.

I know this is in the wrong place and should be in a thread but no one answers and I've waited days for someone to and they haven't.
