Trying to Buy Players

When trying to buy a player my bid is being rejected and the bid has been changed i.e. ?9 million bid for Matic and Benfica come back and say my ? million bid has been rejected.

Also trying to sell Mertesacker for ?11 million and the only bid received was a ?325K bid from Real Madrid!

Surely this must be bug.

Is anyone else have similar problems?
