Trying to emulate real life Southampton

So with southampton having such a good season with one or two noticeable dips in form but overall strong season in the premier league, I decided to try and replicate that success on Football Manager so far so good I think I am getting there. I am still in the first season so there is no huge changes in terms of transfers. I have also been recording the save's progress and posting it in chunks on Youtube
