trying to install the latest transfers update

Hey guys

I am trying to install the latest updates by Stu, version 10.3.2 but I dont know where to extract it to?

I dont have a folder called "editor data", so I have no idea where to put it, and I dont know where the editor even is to put Joe Cole in Liverpool??

Where is the actual editor so that I can put Joe cole at liverpool please??

click on the windows icon in the bottom left (start menu)
searhc football manager
right click and then go to run editor
