Trying To Make A possession tactic BUT NOT WORKING HELP!!!!

Hi,
I Start my save wiv Sc Heerenveen Trying To Make A One Touch/Possession Tactic...
But I doing some thing wrong im not have possession in games...
Any ideas or help PLEASE!!!!
I Like To Keep The Ball Making Lots Of Passes Not sure how to put it into my tactic...
If anyone know how to do this PLEASE let me Know...
