Utterly useless schedule players just keep dropping stats insted of gaining them

It would help if you hired a good and numerous staff. Perhaps 2 coaches per training section. (Aerobic, Shooting, Tactics, Defending, etc.)

Im in Inter 3rd season, Im using Tugs´s training since season one , but honestly I think that players dont develope that much ...

i am playing with pescara and in the 2 season in serie B i am on the 3 place after 34 fixtures.i am using this tugs training schedules and my players have improved a lot and my queston is:can i use this training schedule during the PRE-SEASON ???

this has both senior and youth training schedules as well as instructions on how to put them into the game... enjoy

I can't seem to use any sort of training schedules or tactics downloaded from the internet i have used some before playing fm a while back on previous patches and im using the most recent patch now (10.3) i believe..
and i can't seem to see the file in my tactics/schedules folder.. why is that?

is where it is, and when i go to import.. it isn't there
