Turkish Premier Divison - Remove Restriction on foreign players....

Hey all,
I am currently playing Football Manager 2013 and something about the Turkish league in the third season extremely bother me.

In the 2014-2015, clubs will only be able to register 8 foreign players to play in the league, of only 5 can be in the match day squad.

I didnt know this rule and bought other 3 foregin players to strength my squad and now this....

This decision from the TFF (Turkish Football Federation) is a huge joke for me and I'm just wondering how can I remove or change this foreign player rule?

You have to restart your game, but it can be done through the "Editor" for FM, which is on Steam as well.

I dont have much experience with the editor tool for FM. Can you tell me more in more detail how to do that?
