Turn off 'Address by first name'

So I selected that option while creating my game and I've decided it's a bit *****.

How do I turn it off?

It's not possible I'm afraid. I made the same mistake when I started my first game.

luckily i started a new game so i turned it off. its more realistic the media using your second name.
