turning an ap into a dlf

hey guys

quick question regarding turning an amc into a dlf.

I want to replace a dlf into my team as hew getting old and i havent been able to find decent young regens who are natural strikers can fit that role.

Will it work to the extent that they'll basically drop in to the hole here and then and provide assists with the odd goals too.

or to branch it out more shall i look to play a trequartista for this

Impossible to say, it depends on the actual player, so you will need to put screenshots of his attributes
 
Just out of interest, what makes you so positive about Adryan, Mike? This retraining to find a good DLF is something I may do at some stage so it'd be good to know what your view is on them.

A deep lying forward creates and links as much as he scores, in many cases even more so. Therefore the ability to bring team mates in is vital. he needs to work hard for them, and be available to them, and then feed them the right ball

Key stats here that standout above the others:

Creativity
Decisions
Teamwork
Work Rate
Passing
Strength
Composure

The bold in particular define player intelligence, something you need in a DLF

This guy has an excellent all around game, minus the heading. Focus on his position and on his balance, and he is perfect.
 
the regen aswell. could potentially be much better than adryan. in terms of passing and creativity and dribbling. good balancw aswell. plus the added bonus of long shots which are vital aswell. work on his pace a little and finishing and composure.
