I think that being professional is very important for a tutor, but I just have players being tutored by better players(for e.g. I used Neymar as a tutor to my regen striker Joel Boukar cause they where very similar, ended up with Boukars all stats going up 1-2, but determination decreased by 1(he had 20, Neymar 16)) and it's working...
