Tutoring a player?

How do you get a senior player to tutor one of the youngsters on the game, I can't see how to do it but I know you could do it on previous versions?

Do you know if this is a good way of nurturing a youngster and bringing them along to progress into a good player making their attributes go up?

You need to speak to the person you wish to be the tutor via private chat and then choose tutoring. Bare in mind that you can only tutor players up to the age of 23, providing the following:

1. They are not learning a PPM.
2. They have a lower reputation than the tutor.
3. They have a lower squad status than the tutor (rotation or lower).
4. The tutor is 23 or older.
