Tutoring help!

I am having problems of getting one of my players (Isco) to tutor a youth player.

If I click on 'talk to player' then 'development,' it doesn't give me the option of clicking 'tutoring.'

Any help appreciated,

If Isco is not 24 and over don't think he can tutor anyone

Make sure he is not doing any preferred move training etc!

Hover your mouse over the greyed out "Tutoring" option, and it should tell you why!
