Tutoring help.

Afternoon, all.

Just had a CM regen come through with ALOT of potential (17's for technique, long shots, corners amongst other decent stats), and was going to have him tutored by Pastore. However, he has twenty determination and Pastore only has eighteen. Obviously not a huge difference but I know it's common knowledge that determination is vital in development and don't want to have a detrimental effect on this regen . Cheers in advance.
