Is there any point? Just started a game in the bss and i've got a couple of youngsters who may turn out to be ok ish.. Ive also got a couple of senior players who are very good for this level, they could probs play to league 1 if they weren't so old and have decent mental stats. Obviously they arn't gonna be that great still so is it worth tutoring or will the effects be so minimal it'd be a waste of time?

it will improve the young players so i would always do it. you may be promoted up the leagues too quickly to utilise these players but you could at least sell them on, and the better they are the more you will get.

i am in the same situation and have chosen to tutor mine, try and maximise their game time as the reserve and youth leagues are poor that low down and there is nothing competitive lower down to loan out too.
