Can someone tell me which factors are taken into account to decide whether a tutor is suitable or not ?

ie. delighted to tutor or sees no benefit from tutor ?

Is it - Same nationality , same language , same playing position , mentality - or a combination of all ?

I see it this way.. If you have an experienced Striker, ofc you wont want him to tutour your promising RB right? So, when you buy a youngster (this usually happens with the likes of Barça players like Zlatan) he will be delighted to join and willing to learn from his idol Footy Footballer. Paloschi to learn from Pipo Inzaghi, its brilliant cuz they are the same type of player. Now, the mental part i dont really know, once had Gerrard tutoring Mehmet Ekici and they hated each other, dont know, might be a lil bit of luck. Usually works, tho. Try to get similar players together

Sometimes the a coach comes up with the idea that one player should tutor another on the back room meeting. Funny thing is alot of the time when this happens my Assistant managers advice is strongly disagrees with that.

Had Robinho and Vela before, serious improvements
Currently Rooney is tutoring a regen,Ashley Turner, and he looks amazing
Just see how similar their stats are. If they dont ''click'' usually thats just bad luck
