I've signed a few player to specially tutor some of my young first team players. Specifically to increase their determination.
However, when I ask the older players to tutor a player, the available tutees are from my youth teams.
Can anyone share some info that might help the make the players I want to Tutor available?
The Tutors have the 'indispensable to club' status and the ones I want to tutor have 'Important first team player' status. So they have the lower squad status.
Is there anything else I can do to make them available for Tutoring. Tutees age range from 20-22.
Tutors are at least 29 years old.
