Tutoring problem

I am playing as united in the second year, I now want to tutor Januzaj with giggs to learn curls ball PPM. However under giggs' development screen januzaj doesn't appear? Anyone know why, I think may be contract status in the fact I signed him as back up, I have changed his squad status to key player for him to tutor but doesn't work. Is this why?

Basically, the tutor needs a higher squad status than the player he's tutoring, and the player being tutored has to be rotation or less.
