How much does Getting a young player to learn from a older established player actually help, I am trying it out with Delph and Gerrard, from your guys experience does it work.

it works really well, but you gotta use your commom sense aswell.

example - you should only get a player to tutor another player if they are similar type of players like i get RVP to tutor vela(same type)

then vela learns all van persie's peferred moves like 'curls ball' and 'hits with power':)

but if your going to get adebayor to tutor vela then thats just stupid.

It helps a lot with the hidden attributes which otherwise only improve over long periods of time or may not improve at all.

It can help lots if the 2 players hit it off.I have also known it to have the reverse effect though, the 2 players can fall out and end up not liking each other.

indeed it does.

that only happens when you get some1 like adebayor to tutor bendtner, they truly dont like each other.

hate each other irl and on fm jeez.
