Okay, i understand the concept of tutoring but does it actually make much difference? Is it really worth it? What exactly does it do??

Cheers.

It makes a shed load of difference -raising determination and professionalism helps a lot.

Aaaaand I think it makes young players learn PPM from the veterans :) Depends if they liked the tutoring and had some "chemistry" with their tutor.

IMO its the quickest way of developing a young player. If you can find a senior player who plays in the same position as the younger player AND who has the same personality he will develop enormously.

And yes he'll pick up similar PPMs.Most of the time this is good but not 100%. For example several of my young strikers like to dive into tackles and argue with officials because of senor Rooney!

IMO the main difference tutoring does is it can raise det a few points, also if you're lucky things like concentration, positioning, etc.

It's not the end all and be all but it does help.

Overall tutoring helps more with mental traits and the training with technical skills and physique.

tutoring can also pass on new positions.

i can help develop a young player into a similar kind of play as his tutor too
