how come for arsenal nobody can tutour jack wilshere like fabregas, but he can tutour aaron ramsey?

sometimes some players just cannot tutor some youngsters.. give it time and the option will eventually arise it happens quite often.. Jao Moutinho cannot tutor anyone for my Porto game at the moment and has not been able to for over 3 months with players like Cigriliano, Henriksen, Cigarin, Oliviera and a few other good youngsters..

get Fabregas to tutor Ramsey 1st then see if you can tutor Wilshere
