TV update

For some reason I have managed to lose prem teams being moved for TV. What do I need to add to the league rules to add these back?

It should be on football manager preferences (in game), then there is an option to Move Matches for TV on the right hand side

Move matches for tv is checked! Not sure what I did, but on the edit i have... under nation rules for the premier league the tv rules are empty. Do I need to change these. If so what do I change them to?

I haven't got access to the data editor at the moment but I think the priority is domestic - low.
