Tweaking your tactic?

I'm currently in my 3rd season with Leicester and I just cant seem to get a win from anywhere. This is probably because I havent changed my tactic since the first season. So im thinking whats the best way to tweak my tactic but to keep the same principles.

I was thinking just changing tempo from fast (which is what im currently playing) to slow, but would that be sufficent enough to fool the AI?

The AI has not cracked your tactic as such but instead, they now sit with more men behind the ball. If you should start loosing 15 matches in a row using the same tactic with the same fast tempo, you will see that the results would start picking up again ( apart from the low morale making it impossible and you being fired). This is not because the AI suddenly has forgotten how you play but because teams would push forward more as you are considered to be the weaker team, again playing against you in the manor that suits you and your fast tempo.

When teams play more cautious, they sit deeper, hold possesion and sometimes play on the counter. Here, my tweak would be to play with more width and perhaps try to keep possession a little better by playing slower

Cheers mate, its really been annoying that I cant get a win from anywhere atm. I'll see how this goes by changing the tempo to slow
