Tweaks by SirTAVARES [FM19]

Since i've left Sortitoutsi Staff i wanted to share my file as soon as possible to the community without having someone the profit from other persons Job. For that reason i've re-worked the file that was previouslly shared to be updated until new FM comes up.
Changes made are fully compatible with any 19.3 Transfer Data Files, CA-PA Changes, Promotions & Relegation Files, Name Fixes, etc.

Cant get it working, tried with 2 different database and most transfers arent correct. Have Hazard in Chelsea, when i see in history there is transfer to Real for 120M and in same year transfer to Chelsea ( no fee ).

Maybe transfer database i use isnt full or correct

Depends on the other files you have, try without any files just to see if its correct

It works as all transfers are there you see it in there history but they are all at there old clubs when games starts

this is not a transfer data update.. this is just a tweak that improves that
