Is it actually possible to play with a Double false nine system on FM?

I think if it is, It could be devastating if combined with inside forwards.
Both strikers would drop deep, Creating loads of space.

Im just wondering, been trying to make a tactic to recreate The Hungarian 'Golden' era.

They played a 4-2-4 with both forwards dropping into the midfield.

Yet Ive set up a theoretical Double False Nine system, and it doesnt work.

Any Ideas?

Ive attached a Screenie of my false nine settings and team shape.

Don't know if it woud work but two things I'd alter on the sliders, runs from deep change to often and hold up the ball to no - you wan't them to come from deep and advance the ball surely, not hold up the ball on the attacking midfield line?

Might also be that you are using the wrong type of strikers to attempt this with, I'd have thought that Shane Long is a classic poacher and Church a classic advanced forward, pretty opposite to the deep lying forward roles. Try it on a save with Rooney and Aguero or similar players to those two.

Only reason I have 'Hold the Ball' on is to increase passing, but I guess thats isnt needed.

Long and Church arent doing to badly tbh, getting goals, just not dropping deep enough.
